Cook this classic on your next camping trip!
Ingredients
1 large container of chicken broth
1 package of dried split peas
3 stalks of celery, diced
1 diced onion
Hambone or other odds and ends from a ham
Seasoning to taste
Method
Add all ingredients into a pot
Bring to a boil
Simmer for at least three hours, or until ham is easily broken apart with fork and soup has a consistent texture
